Legal Indemnities - Online Cover Available
Legal Indemnities provide cover for a large range of legal situations which often arise during property transactions such as issues with title, restrictive covenants or searches.
Monmouthshire Insurance Services has teamed up with Aviva, (the UK's largest insurer) who provide Legal Indemnities Online platform (L.I.ON®), offering solicitors and conveyancing companies faster access to a broad range of legal indemnity cover as well as flexible ways to settle payments.
The L.I.ON® website includes block policy transactions and easy premium payment tracking and processing, all through a simplified online accounts system. This means that businesses can pay for policies on an individual basis, or as a single payment at the end of the month.
There are 35 core covers available online, including breach of restrictive covenants, lost title deeds and leasehold problems, with around 170 different variations depending on risk type. Quotes can be received instantly and policy documents can be viewed, saved or printed in minutes.
L.I.ON® offers highly-competitive rates for cover, which can all be arranged online. And it's already used by thousands of Solicitors and Conveyancing firms in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
