Please use the Client Referral Form below to submit new client referrals.

We will contact your client within two working days, unless otherwise advised by yourself. If your referral results in a sale, then you will receive your commission in line with your agreement.

If you would like a status update regarding a particular client referral, please e-mail us at info@mis.co.uk.

Please remember that in line with your agreement as an introducer, you are not permitted to offer any advice regarding the products and services of Monmouthshire Insurance Services Ltd.

New Agents

If you wish to introduce business to Monmouthshire Insurance Services we can offer agreements to both introducers and appointed representatives. Please note that a formal agreement must first be in place and accepted by both parties before any clients can be referred.
